HCZTF-120 Multi-way Valve
HCZTF-120 Multi-way Valve
Multi-way directional control valve
The HCZTF‑120 series multi‑way valve features a single inlet/return oil selector spool that collectively controls the on/off states of five independent hydraulic circuits, simplifying the structure, reducing space requirements, and lowering the valve body weight. The selector spool operates in a spring‑return mode: when the operator releases the control, it automatically returns to its neutral position, cutting off the working circuit and ensuring safety. The working spools employ ball‑locking positioning, allowing independent control; even after the operator lets go, the system continues to operate normally, with the option to activate one or multiple cylinders simultaneously. Each cylinder’s one chamber is connected to ports A and B, while the other chamber connects to port H, enabling control of up to ten sets of actuators and providing users with versatile configuration options. When the valve group is idle, all flow from P to V is routed directly to the next valve group, minimizing energy loss. The HCZTF‑G120L series multi‑way valve boasts comprehensive functionality, advanced performance, a compact design, high reliability, and ease of maintenance. It is ideally suited for vehicle chassis applications in various construction machinery, such as truck cranes, concrete pump trucks, and aerial work platforms—equipment requiring a stable horizontal working platform. Additionally, it can be employed in hydraulic systems for other lifting and transport machines, mining equipment, and municipal sanitation vehicles.

DYCDBF*-15 Multi-way Valve
DYCDBF*-15 Multi-way Valve
Multi-way directional control valve
The DYCDBF*-15 series multi‑way valve is specifically designed to enhance the operational performance of forklift mast systems, significantly reducing the impact of load variations on cylinder travel speed and optimizing fine‑motion control of mast movements. This series integrates a priority flow divider and a multi‑way directional control valve into a single unit, enabling the vehicle’s steering system and cylinder‑operating system to share one common multi‑way valve. This design simplifies the overall system architecture, facilitating installation and maintenance. Additionally, the valve features a self‑locking spool that prevents vibrations caused by negative pressure within the tilt cylinder when the forklift mast is inclined, and it locks the tilt cylinder when the engine is shut off, thereby preventing unintended movements that could lead to fore-and-aft tilting of the mast and pose safety risks. The DYCDBF*-15 series multi‑way valve boasts comprehensive functionality, advanced performance, a compact structure, high reliability, and ease of maintenance. It is ideally suited for small‑tonnage forklifts, compact loaders, and mini excavators, and can also be employed in the hydraulic systems of other lifting and transport equipment, mining machinery, and municipal sanitation vehicles.

YCDB*-20-way valve
YCDB*-20-way valve
Multi-way directional control valve
The YCDB*-20 series multi‑way valve integrates a priority valve and a multi‑way directional control valve into a single unit, enabling the vehicle’s steering system and cylinder‑operated working system to share one common valve. This reduces system complexity and simplifies installation and maintenance. The valve also features a self‑locking spool to prevent vibrations caused by negative pressure inside the tilt cylinder when the forklift mast tilts, and it locks the tilt cylinder when the engine is shut off, thereby preventing unintended movements that could cause the mast to tip forward and create safety hazards. The YCDB*-20 series multi‑way valve boasts comprehensive functionality, advanced performance, a compact design, high reliability, and ease of maintenance. It is primarily suited for heavy‑duty forklifts, small loaders, and compact excavators, and can also be used in the hydraulic systems of other lifting and transport machinery, mining equipment, and municipal sanitation machines.
