The YCDB*-20 series multi‑way valve integrates a priority valve and a multi‑way directional control valve into a single unit, enabling the vehicle’s steering system and cylinder‑operated systems to share one common multi‑way valve. This simplifies the system architecture and facilitates installation and maintenance. The valve also features a self‑locking spool to prevent vibrations in the forklift mast that could arise from negative pressure within the tilt cylinder, and it locks the tilt cylinder when the engine is shut off, thereby preventing unintended movement that might cause the mast to tip forward and create safety hazards.
The YCDB*-20 series multi‑way valves feature comprehensive functionality, advanced performance, a compact design, high safety and reliability, and easy maintenance. They are primarily suited for heavy‑duty forklifts, compact loaders, and small excavators, and can also be used in the hydraulic systems of other lifting and transport machinery, mining equipment, and municipal sanitation machines. Built-in check valves: Each directional control valve is equipped with an integrated check valve to prevent backflow of hydraulic fluid.

Set the valve stem self-locking mechanism: This prevents vibrations in the forklift mast that could be caused by negative pressure inside the tilt cylinder, and it locks the tilt cylinder when the engine is shut off, thereby avoiding unintended movements that might cause the mast to tilt forward or backward, which could pose a safety hazard.

Install a dual safety valve system: the primary safety valve regulates system pressure, while the bypass safety valve ensures the steering system operates at its normal working pressure.

Auxiliary valves: At both ends of the spool, an overload valve or a make-up oil valve may be added as required.
