Brake valveHCZF*-15
The HCZF*-15 brake valve is used in forklift braking systems. It incorporates a分流阀 that diverts a small flow rate—approximately 500–700 mL/min—from the constant‑flow circuit of the forklift’s steering system to supply the brake valve. The brake valve is operated by foot pedal; when the pedal is depressed, its travel is transmitted via a pushrod to the brake valve’s piston rod. Under the action of the pressure‑reducing valve inside the valve, a certain pressure builds up on the piston‑rod side, providing assistive force. Hydraulic fluid from the piston chamber then flows through a relief valve into the brakes, activating the braking system. There is a linear relationship between pedal force and the output pressure of the brake valve, resulting in a pleasant pedal feel. When the pedal is released, the high‑pressure fluid in the brake system returns to the piston chamber via the relief valve. Simultaneously, the replenishment valve within the brake valve opens under negative pressure, supplying additional fluid to the piston chamber to ensure sufficient hydraulic fluid is available for the next braking application—even if the engine has been shut off. Furthermore, the safety valve at the outlet of the piston chamber prevents complete backflow of fluid during unloading and maintains a residual pressure, ensuring rapid refilling and more reliable braking on subsequent applications.
