Multi-way directional control valveYCDC*-15

The YCDC*-15 series multi‑way valve integrates a priority valve and a multi‑way directional control valve into a single unit, enabling the vehicle’s steering system and cylinder‑operated working system to share one common valve. This simplifies the overall system architecture, facilitating installation and maintenance. The valve also features a self‑locking spool to prevent vibrations that could arise from negative pressure within the tilt cylinder due to tilting, and it locks the tilt cylinder when the engine is shut off, thereby preventing unintended movement that might cause the forklift mast to tip forward and create safety hazards. The YCDC*-15 series multi‑way valves offer comprehensive functionality, advanced performance, a compact design, high reliability, and ease of maintenance. They are primarily suited for small‑tonnage forklifts, compact loaders, and mini excavators, and can also be employed in the hydraulic systems of other lifting and transport equipment, mining machinery, and municipal sanitation vehicles.

Built-in priority valve: The inlet oil‑supply component is equipped with a priority valve that prioritizes flow to the steering system.

Descent‑protection solenoid valve: The descent‑control function is only effective when this solenoid valve is open.

Unloading solenoid valve: Only when this solenoid valve is energized will the mast lifting, tilting, and attachment operations be effective.

Built-in check valve: Each directional control valve is equipped with a built-in check valve to prevent oil backflow.

Set the valve stem self-locking mechanism: This prevents vibrations that may occur in the forklift mast due to negative pressure inside the tilt cylinder, and it locks the tilt cylinder when the engine is shut off, thereby avoiding unintended movements that could cause the mast to tip forward and create a safety hazard.

Install a dual safety valve system: the primary safety valve controls system pressure, while the bypass safety valve ensures normal operating pressure for the steering system.

Auxiliary valve: At both ends of the spool, an overload valve or a make-up oil valve may be installed as required.
