Mainly used in braking systems of 3–5 ton forklifts and other construction machinery of equivalent capacity;

Features a proportional pressure-reducing valve design, providing pressure output proportional to pedal force, with responsive braking and good inching performance;

The power-assisted brake valve integrates a booster valve and brake master cylinder. The master cylinder reservoir uses DOT 3 or DOT 4 brake fluid;

When the valve is in the released position, the brake inlet port is connected to the steering oil port;

When the pedal is depressed, high-pressure oil from the hydraulic pump enters the booster chamber. The pressure oil and push rod actuate the piston to provide hydraulic boost;

When the pedal is released, the brake pressure oil in the booster chamber returns to the tank.
