Designed for forklift braking systems;

Features a built-in flow divider that diverts 500–700 mL/min from the constant flow of the steering system to operate the brake valve. The valve is foot-pedal actuated;

When the pedal is depressed, the push rod actuates the piston rod. The pressure-reducing valve generates pressure on the piston-rod side to provide hydraulic boost. Oil from the piston chamber passes through the safety valve to actuate the brake. Brake valve output pressure is proportional to pedal force, providing good pedal feel;

When the pedal is released, high-pressure oil returns from the brake through the safety valve. The make-up valve opens under negative pressure to replenish the piston chamber, ensuring sufficient oil for subsequent braking, even with the engine stopped;

The safety valve at the piston chamber outlet maintains residual pressure during brake release, ensuring rapid pressure buildup and reliable braking during subsequent braking.
