The YCDB*-15 series multi‑way valve integrates a priority valve and a multi‑way directional control valve into a single unit, enabling the vehicle’s steering system and cylinder‑operated working system to share one common valve. This simplifies the overall system architecture, facilitating installation and maintenance. The valve also features a self‑locking spool to prevent vibrations that could arise from negative pressure inside the tilt cylinder due to tilting, and it locks the tilt cylinder when the engine is shut off, thereby preventing unintended movement that might cause the mast to tip forward and create safety hazards. The YCDB*-15 series multi‑way valves offer comprehensive functionality, advanced performance, a compact design, high reliability, and ease of maintenance. They are primarily suited for small‑tonnage forklifts, compact loaders, and mini excavators, and can also be employed in the hydraulic systems of other lifting and transport equipment, mining machinery, and municipal sanitation vehicles.
