OBV-25 Power Brake Valve and HXQ Accumulator;

Designed for braking systems of 5–10 ton forklifts;

With the engine running, the power brake valve provides forklift braking and accumulator charging. With the engine stopped, stored accumulator pressure provides braking. The valve is foot-operated, with output pressure proportional to pedal force for good pedal feel;

The accumulator is equipped with a low-pressure alarm switch. When pressure falls below the preset value, the alarm alerts the operator to recharge the accumulator, ensuring sufficient pressure for braking;

The OBV-E25L power brake valve and HXQ accumulator provide reliable service, parking, and emergency braking for forklifts and other construction machinery;

The E45E5-40211 safety valve prevents complete oil return during brake release, maintaining residual pressure for rapid charging and reliable subsequent braking;

Key Features

Shared Hydraulic Supply:** Uses the steering system hydraulic supply for accumulator charging and braking. With the engine stopped, braking is provided by stored accumulator pressure;

Overpressure Relief:** Built-in relief valve automatically unloads pressure above the preset value;

Low-Pressure Alarm:** Built-in alarm switch alerts the operator when accumulator pressure falls below the preset value;
