Multi-way directional control valveDYCDBF*-15 Multi-way Valve

The DYCDBF*-15 series multi‑way valve is specifically designed to enhance the operational performance of forklift mast systems, significantly reducing the impact of load variations on cylinder travel speed and optimizing fine‑motion control of mast movements. This series integrates a priority flow divider and a multi‑way directional control valve into a single unit, enabling the vehicle’s steering system and the cylinder‑operating system to share a common multi‑way valve. This design simplifies the overall system architecture, facilitating installation and maintenance. Additionally, the valve features a self‑locking spool to prevent vibrations caused by negative pressure within the tilt cylinder, and it locks the tilt cylinder when the engine is shut off, thereby preventing unintended movements that could lead to fore-and-aft tilting of the mast and pose safety risks.

The DYCDBF*-15 series multi‑way valve features comprehensive functionality, advanced performance, a compact design, high safety and reliability, and convenient maintenance. It is primarily suited for small‑tonnage forklifts, compact loaders, and mini excavators, and can also be employed in the hydraulic systems of other lifting and conveying equipment, mining machinery, and municipal sanitation vehicles.

OPS Function: The lifting unit can be optionally equipped according to requirements. OPS Functionality that prevents accidental operation from causing the gantry to lower, thereby further ensuring workplace safety.

Built-in priority valve: The inlet oil‑supply component is equipped with a priority valve that prioritizes flow to the steering system and bypasses steering flow when no steering is required.

Auxiliary valve: At both ends of the spool, pressure relief valves or make-up valves of varying ratings can be added to different ports as required by the customer.

Built-in check valve: Each directional control valve is equipped with a built-in check valve to prevent oil backflow. Valve stem self-locking: This feature prevents vibrations that may occur in the tilt cylinder due to internal negative pressure when the forklift mast tilts, and it locks the tilt cylinder when the engine is shut off, thereby avoiding unintended movements that could cause the mast to tilt forward or backward and create safety hazards.

Install a dual safety valve system: the primary safety valve regulates system pressure, while the bypass safety valve ensures the steering system operates at its normal working pressure.

Auxiliary valve: At both ends of the spool, an overload valve or a make-up oil valve may be added as required.

Valve body structure: plate-type design, with any combination of 1 to 10 valves internally.

Spool neutral position: A, Z O Y Wait
