The key to corporate development lies in talent. Leveraging its provincial-level Enterprise Technology Center and the municipal Hydraulic Components and Systems Engineering Research Center, Changyuan Hydraulics established the Changyuan Hydraulics Research Institute in early 2023. The institute comprises a Pump Research Institute, a Valve Research Institute, a Cylinder Research Institute, a New‑Technology Research Institute, and a Technical Management Department. It currently employs over 120 technical professionals, including more than 30 with mid‑level or senior technical titles, bringing extensive experience in technical management, product R&D, and technological innovation. In addition, the institute has assembled a team of external experts in hydraulics and control from both domestic and international fields, ensuring a robust and highly capable R&D capability.
