The CDB*-20 series multi‑way valve integrates a stable flow divider and a multi‑way directional control valve into a single unit, enabling the vehicle’s steering system and hydraulic cylinder operating system to share one common multi‑way valve. This reduces system complexity and simplifies installation and maintenance. The valve is also equipped with a self‑locking spool to prevent vibrations that could arise from negative pressure inside the tilt cylinder when the forklift mast tilts; moreover, it locks the tilt cylinder when the engine is shut off, thereby preventing unintended movement that might cause the mast to tip forward and create safety hazards.
The CDB*-20 series multi-way valve features comprehensive functionality, advanced performance, high flow rates, elevated working pressures, a compact design, robust safety and reliability, and convenient maintenance. Built-in flow‑regulating valve: The inlet body component is equipped with a flow‑regulating valve, ensuring stable flow to the steering system.
Built-in check valve: Each directional control valve is equipped with a built-in check valve to prevent oil backflow.
Dual oil inlet configuration: Enables dual-pump flow‑summing, meeting the demands of high‑flow hydraulic systems.
Set the valve stem self-locking mechanism: to prevent vibrations that may be caused by negative pressure inside the tilt cylinder of the forklift mast.
Moreover, when the engine is shut off, the tilt cylinder is locked to prevent unintended movements that could cause the forklift mast to tilt forward or backward, thereby eliminating potential safety hazards.
