The HCZTF-120 series multi‑way valve is characterized by a single spool‑type inlet/return selector that centrally controls the on/off states of five independent hydraulic circuits, thereby simplifying the structure, reducing the footprint, and lowering the valve body weight. The selector spool features spring‑return operation: when the operator releases the control lever, it automatically returns to its neutral position, cutting off the working circuit and ensuring safety. The working spools employ ball‑detent positioning, allowing independent control; even after the operator releases the lever, the system continues to operate normally, with the option to activate one or multiple cylinders simultaneously. One chamber of each cylinder is connected to port A, B Mouth, and another cavity connects to it. H The valve can control a total of ten groups of actuators, offering users a variety of options. The HCZTF‑G120L series multi‑way valve features comprehensive functionality, advanced performance, a compact design, high safety and reliability, and convenient maintenance. It is primarily suited for the vehicle chassis of various construction machines—such as truck cranes, concrete pump trucks, and aerial work platforms—that require a horizontally stable working platform. It can also be employed in the hydraulic systems of other lifting and transport equipment, mining machinery, and municipal sanitation vehicles.

Built-in hydraulic lock: The hydraulic lock ensures that the internal leakage of the actuator meets the user’s requirements.

Built-in one-way throttle valve: The one-way throttle valve can reduce the closing speed of the hydraulic lock.

Prevent negative pressure in the hydraulic cylinder and ensure proper retraction.

Set the safety valve: to control the maximum pressure in the valve assembly during operation.

Set the overload valve: The overload valve ensures overload protection and safety for the actuator during operation.

The LS hydraulic circuit is supplied by a hydraulic pump, and when a pressure signal is received, there is no risk of an instantaneous load drop.

The flow rate of each outlet can be designed according to user requirements.

Compatible with the LS system; 1) Each working circuit on every valve can be configured with a different operating control mode; 2) The first circuit is equipped with a pressure-reducing valve, eliminating the need for a separate pilot oil supply; it can be used in both variable‑displacement pump systems and fixed‑displacement pump systems.
