This series features a maximum working pressure of 31.5 MPa and a maximum working flow of 180 L/min. The electro-hydraulic proportional solenoid valves support rated voltages of DC12V and DC24V.

Core Features of HCRS Series Load Sensing Multi-way Valves

Independently developed by CHANGYUAN Hydraulic, the HCRS proportional multi-way valves fit both fixed-displacement and variable-displacement hydraulic systems, with core strengths of precise control, smooth operation and high energy efficiency.

This series supports multiple control modes: electro-hydraulic control, pilot hydraulic control and manual control. Its output flow is proportional to the output current signal, pilot control pressure or joystick angle, independent of load changes. It enables stepless smooth speed regulation for actuators such as hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors.

Its biggest advantage lies in simultaneous multi-actuator operation under saturated flow. Each actuator can run at separate pressure and flow without mutual interference. If the total flow required by all actuators exceeds the maximum oil supply flow of the pump, oil will be proportionally distributed to all actuators.

· The inlet section can be fitted with a priority valve to guarantee priority oil supply to the priority port.

· Solenoid safety relief valve is available as an option.

· Load holding check valves eliminate accidental free falling risks during operation.

· Secondary relief valves and charge valves are optional configurations.

· Modular slice valve body design allows arbitrary combination of 1 to 8 working sections.

Structure Introduction of HCRS Series Load Sensing Multi-way Valves

The HCRS14 multi-way valve consists of one inlet section, multiple working sections and one end section. The inlet section integrates a priority valve, an LS flow control valve, an LS relief valve and solenoid valves.

Each standard HCRS14 working section includes a valve body, a spool, two load holding check valves, a pressure compensator, overload/charge valves, as well as joystick / electro-proportional pressure reducing valve / pilot oil port options.

The end section is equipped with a constant differential relief valve, and an optional pilot circuit solenoid control valve can be installed to avoid misoperation.
