Maximum Flow: 180 L/min

Spool Stroke: 8 + 8 mm

Product Features

The DYCDCF-15 and DYCDCF-18 series multi-way valves are load-sensing valves designed specifically to improve mast operation performance in forklifts. They significantly reduce the impact of load variations on mast speed, optimize fine control of mast movements, and provide smoother and more precise operation. Even novice operators can handle the equipment with ease, improving overall work efficiency.

The DYCDCd2-20 series multi-way valve is equipped with a dual-pump confluence system, effectively preventing energy loss caused by hydraulic system overheating and further improving energy efficiency.

All three series can integrate a priority valve and OPS (Operator Presence Sensing) function into the directional control valve, ensuring stable oil supply to the steering system while meeting the requirements of the working system. They can also be optionally equipped with a neutral-position integrated potentiometer switch for neutral detection, reducing OEM cost and installation space.

For safety, all three series are equipped with a spool self-locking function. When the engine is turned off, this design prevents accidental operation of the tilt lever that could otherwise cause unintended mast tilting, thereby reducing safety risks and supporting safer operations.
